A really useful place for community groups in Sussex.

The Resource Centre provides practical support to small, grassroots groups in Sussex, particularly groups in Brighton & Hove.

Our focus is on groups run by people who are taking action in their own time to make life better for their friends, neighbours and communities. 


We help these volunteer organisers by:

• - providing affordable equipment to hire for community events - fetes, fairs and street parties as well as meetings and talks.

• - giving groups access to our community print room, where they can design and print leaflets, posters and newsletters at low cost

• - maintaining a free information resource for groups, both online and at our centre, which is open 28 hours a week

The Centre has been running at our central Brighton home for nearly 30 years. We help around 1000 local groups every year.
