Help us to build a brighter future
Supporting KidsOut is one of the ways in which people choose to honour the memory of a loved one and ensure their passing leaves a legacy for future generations of disadvantaged children.
With the support of individuals in this way, we can continue to provide our life-changing services across the country.
Leaving a Legacy
Making a gift in your will is easy and uncomplicated to arrange. To leave a gift to KidsOut the words you will need to add to your will are:
"I leave ____________ to KidsOut, registered charity number 1075789."
Letting KidsOut know in advance gives the opportunity to thank you personally for your gift. But this is entirely up to you and there is no legal obligation to do so.
Perhaps you would consider asking friends and family to recognise KidsOut instead of displaying more traditional tributes, i.e. floral tributes. Another option would be to set up a personal ‘In Memory’ fund using the KidsOut online donation facility.
A personalised page can be set up to allow friends and family to make a donation in tribute.
However you choose to support us, thank you from everyone at KidsOut
Make a Pledge
Gifts left in wills are really important to KidsOut. However even if you haven't made a will, making a pledge to do so in the future would really help us to find out about your future intentions.
Pledges are not legally binding so by filling out this form you are not committing yourself! You are simply allowing KidsOut to confidently estimate future support for their cause.
Leave a Legacy
If you have already made a will but you want to leave a legacy to a charity you can make an addition or change it without re-writing your current will. This addition is called a codicil.
To leave a legacy to KidsOut please download the codicil form below and take it along to your solicitor.
Please note however that this form is not legally binding on its own and has to be part of your main will. We advise you to seek the advice of a solicitor.
If you have any questions about leaving a legacy to us, please contact KidsOut directly – they will be happy to discuss this with you.
