The Alliance Scotland are seeking your views on living with M.E., and what health and social care you’ve received for the condition. 

The Alliance is a membership organisation representing over 2000 health and social care organisations, and the group aims to ensure disabled people and people with long-term conditions have a strong voice and access to support and services.

The survey has been developed by a group of health and care organisations, including Action for M.E. The results will inform a plan of action to improve the care and services available for people with neurological conditions in Scotland.

The questions address a number of topics including:

• Receiving a diagnosis and accessing services
• Whether professionals have been respectful when providing care
• The support you’ve received for your condition
• Any information and support you have received about social care, benefits or finance
