At Scope we believe passionately that all disabled people should be able to enjoy the same rights, choices and opportunities as everyone else. It’s shocking that in Britain today, many disabled people are still living in poverty. Many can’t get around or find a job and they are prevented from living life to the full. Scope’s work is focused on disabled people achieving equality. That’s why we lobby government and businesses, fight for the inclusion of disabled children in mainstream schools, create employment opportunities and campaign for better access to public transport.
