About Us

WCF is an international charity providing immediate relief for children in need all over the world. It exists to relieve hunger, prevent disease, alleviate homelessness, stamp out exploitation, provide schooling, protect or provide family environments - and save lives. Believing that local charities and child care agencies best understand local needs, WCF helps them with finances and supplies in times of crisis, shortage and war. Organised by Dr. Joseph Lam, whose own family were refugees, WCF is well structured, has minimal overhead costs, and understands the need for fast and flexible response.
