“It was lovely for them to be able to get tickets to a quality event and over a weekend, when they wouldn't usually have much to do,” said Gina, a Cambridge refuge worker.

On the 2^nd of April, five children and their mothers went to see The Gruffalo’s Child at the Cambridge Arts Theatre. The sequel to the award-winning The Gruffalo, the show follows the story of the Gruffalo's daughter on her adventurous pursuit in search of the "big bad mouse", the only creature her father is truly afraid of.

“They told me that it was fun and really made them laugh,” said Gina.
