Herts Young Homeless

Herts Young Homeless provides support services and accommodation to young people between the ages of 16 and 24 in their effort to stop them becoming homeless. The organisation understands the circumstances that can lead young people to find themselves in this position and actively advises and educates young people on the realities of leaving home, mediates between families, supports people whose substance misuse has or is likely to cause them to lose their home and provides floating support.
