Leave a Gift to Pancreatic Cancer Action

Pancreatic cancer is the UK's 5th biggest cancer killer, with over 9000 people newly diagnosed a year. It has been neglected for decades in terms of awareness and research funding and it's no wonder that survival rates for pancreatic cancer (currently only 5% survive 5 years) have not improved in nearly 50 years.

26 people a day die from pancreatic cancer in the UK.

Tragically, most patients are diagnosed with late stage disease where surgery, the only potential for a cure, is not an option. And, pancreatic cancer, despite being the 5th biggest cancer killer in the UK, only receives 1% of overall research funding.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Leave a gift in your Will to Pancreatic Cancer Action and you will help us make early detection of pancreatic cancer a reality – saving the lives of many thousands of people in the future.

Pancreatic Cancer Action is working on changing that through awareness and educational campaigns for both the public and medical communities. We are also campaigning for pancreatic cancer to get a greater share of the research funding budgets and we are raising money to invest in our own research projects with a focus on early diagnosis.

We really appreciate all gifts we receive, large or small. Please help us make a difference.

Thank you.
