Peterborough Town Cricket Hockey & Squash Club

Registered Charity Number: CH1036
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

City of Peterborough Hockey Club is a part of Peterborough Town Sports Club, a multi-sports club based at the Dalrod Sports Ground, Bretton Gate, Peterborough

The Sports Club provides opportunities for Hockey, Squash, Cricket, Tennis and Bowls players from Peterborough and the surrounding areas.

The hockey section is a thriving section with over 150 juniors and 150 adults playing and being coached each week. Our adult sides (8 mens, 4 ladies) play in the East leagues apart from our 1st XI men who play in the England Hockey League.

Our younger juniors play festivals and mini-hockey tournaments against clubs and schools in Cambs and Lincs, and the older ones play in England Hockey age-group competitions both indoors and out.

The Hockey Club works closely with local schools and offers hockey for all levels of skill, as well as welcoming new players of all ages. Our aim is never to exclude anyone and our size means there is usually a place for everyone.

Our coaching team are all L2 qualified hockey coaches, assisted by L1 or playing parents particularly at junior levels.
