The 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon is sprinting towards us this weekend with 38,000 runners pounding the streets in the epic 26.2-mile race.

This year the marathon will be creating history as the one millionth competitor crosses the world famous finish line on The Mall. To celebrate, The London Marathon’s set up #oneinamillion campaign and invited every runner who has completed the 26.2-mile challenge since the first race in 1981, to share their marathon memories on twitter.

Millions of people will be watching the race on Sunday (24th April).
