The College of St Barnabas is a residential community of retired Anglican clergy, set in beautiful Surrey countryside. Married couples are very welcome, as are those who have been widowed. Admission is open to licensed Church Workers and Readers; there are facilities for visitors and guests. Occasional quiet days and private retreats can be accommodated.

Residents are encouraged to lead active, independent lives. There is a Nursing Wing, to which both internal and direct admission are possible, providing domiciliary, residential and full nursing care for those who need it. This enables most residents to remain members of the College for the rest of their lives. It is sometimes possible to offer respite care here.

Sheltered ‘Cloister flats’ all have separate sitting rooms, bedrooms and en suite facilities. There are two Chapels; Mass and Evensong are celebrated daily. We have three Libraries and a well equipped Common Room. Meals are served in the Refectory or may be taken privately when necessary.
