OUR PETITION NUMBER 2!!!

WE WILL GET THERE...

Again, we never knew this until we actually lived it, when we spoke about it to our family and friends they were so shocked that our finances were hit when our Charlie was admitted to hospital.

Chris was classed as Charlie's main carer, he only worked one day a week and met the criteria to be classed as a carer and received just short of £60 per week, the current benefit is £61.35 per week. This would of been a great help if Charlie stayed at home, but his little life was mainly spent in hospital! When we reached 12 weeks of admissions every time we were admitted the payments stopped!

When Charlie was in hospital the care was more intense, our expenses were pushed to the limit, we had more travelling, parking, one parent could only stay on an night time which meant 18 miles a day for one parent...and we were down on their income!!! 

This is nothing short of WRONG...please can we ask you all to sign our petition number 2...please SHARE this link, we will try our best to change this and help these families who are faced with these daily struggles.
