A global professional services firm, Navigant, teamed up with KidsOut to help to pre-pack toys in advance of the Main Toy Box Packing Day.

A group of volunteers from Navigant and KidsOut worked tirelessly to sort out over 6,000 toys into various age and gender categories.  The National Toy Fair, our own Giving Tree Appeal and corporate donations, such as 3000 items of children’s clothing from Mothercare and support from Hasbro, helped to ensure a plentiful supply of toys to be sorted out.  Thanks to the amazing generosity of these companies, 600 children from women’s refuges will receive a fantastic box of toys when they are rehoused.  Often these children flee to a women's refuge or safe house at a moments notice with only the clothes on their back.  The toy boxes bring fun and happiness to the children at the most crucial time and help settle them into their new homes.
