KidsOut CEO, Gordon Moulds, was interviewed on Milton Keynes community radio station, Secklow Sounds, on Tuesday 14th April.  The interview was conducted by KidsOut Local Committee Member, Andrena Carden-White.  Andrena is also the editor of the Vine Magazine and has kindly featured KidsOut in a number of issues.  

The radio interview provided a great opportunity for our CEO to discuss the charity’s amazing work both nationally and locally.  It highlighted both the operational work of the charity helping disadvantaged children and the campaigning work that has led to the recent announcement of a grant of £10M from the Government to support Women’s Refuges and, more importantly, to provide counseling support for the children in refuges rather than, as previously was the case, the women only.  Gordon also highlighted a number of our major initiatives, including our “Giving Tree” Appeal, and some of our upcoming fundraising events such as the Murder Mystery Night in Leighton Buzzard and the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London.
