KidsOut Chief Ambassador, Julian Margolin, joined over 400 children at Thorpe Park for the Rotary KidsOut Big Day Out. The kids were met by the Thorpe Park representative Adam who provided space for 500 people in a secure staffed Rotunda where the different groups could meet, eat lunch and socialise.

Thanks must be given to all of Rotary volunteers including Howard McBride, Stephan and Selwyn Foreman who brought children from many diverse backgrounds. The kids had a wonderful time on the rides with The Swarm roller coaster and Tidal Wave water ride being firm favourites.

Luckily the weather held all day and the excited children left at around 3 pm to head back happy but exhausted.  KidsOut would like to thank Thorpe Park, their staff and the amazing Rotarian volunteers who participated on the day.  We all look forward in anticipation to next year’s event.
