We will be delivering another course in January 2013, subject to funding.
Our ultimate plan, over the next three years, is to open a charity shop in East London to support the local community by providing opportunities in the following areas: supporting homeless people to achieve self-confidence to get back to work; employing them as volunteers to work in the shop. They will gain experience in retail management, customer service, stock control and IT skills (including data input, word processing, excel and database management).
We will continue to work other agencies that support and assist homeless people include Christian Kitchen, Branches Hostel, Green leaf Church, Fountain day centre, Welcome centre and Job centres in East London
