CHESS is only able to continue their work with the homeless because people like you understand that homelessness is a community issue that requires a community response!  We are looking for capable volunteers to fill a variety of roles within the charity, but there is an immediate need.

Role includes following up referrals directly from the street and assess client suitability for the possibility of a 72 hour stay at The Hub. Areas covered will be Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon and Epping.

Full training provided and an Enhanced DBS check will be completed.

Applicants should be fit and healthy, due to some walking involved, have a desire to help homeless individuals while adhering to policies and procedures.
