At the end of June we said a sad farewell to Brighton Deaf Centre, where it was our home for 33 years and a very warm welcome to our new home for the next 12-18 months while we look for a more permanent site.

During early June it became more apparent the move from Carlton Hill would happen sooner rather than later.  It was extremely busy with the Manager organizing the entire relocation of its community services and offices including furniture, phones, computer network and staffing.

Many of our service users and supporters attended our official re-opening on 7th July 2015 which was well received having only been closed for two days while we moved.  A fantastic achievement by staff that supported the move—well done.  Our telephone/fax numbers are the same, only the address has changed.

We are based on the Ground Floor with easy access including a disabled lift to get into the building.
