This summer we need you to Meditate for Tibet!

Join us on Saturday 8th July at 3pm for a UK-wide meditation for Tibet. At the same time, raise much-needed funds to provide education and healthcare for Tibetans in India, Nepal and Tibet.
Unlike many fundraising challenges, you don’t need to have a super-fit body or travel far from home – this can be done in the comfort of your living room. Last year’s event raised nearly £3,000 – please help us to smash that total this year!
We've got everything you need to get started, including a free 15-minute guided meditation kindly provided by Living Mindfully.
How can I raise money for Tibetans in need by meditating?
You can organise a group event and charge people to take part, or take part on your own and ask friends and family to sponsor you – or simply give us a donation in return for the pack.
Claire Murphy raised over £800 last year by holding a fantastic event with 108 minutes of meditation and a refreshment stall. Many others meditated on their own or with one other person and asked family and friends to sponsor them. You can go as big or small as you want.
