Save The Rainforest
Thanks in large part to the very generous support of legacies, we have saved thousands of acres of rainforest and their incredible biodiversity, and helped the indigenous populations that still depend upon them for their survival.
In a world threatened by climate change, rainforests continue to play a vital role. It is a startling fact that 20% of global annual CO2 emissions are caused by the destruction of forests – more than the world’s transport sector. Keeping this carbon locked up is just the beginning of the story – there are so many other benefits to be gained: soil protection; erosion and flood control’ shelter for biodiversity; provision of alternative and sustainable use of forest land; restoration and safeguarding ecosystem services; and security for the area from which 25% of all modern medicines originated.
By leaving a legacy not only would you be helping to protect this irreplaceable ecosystem but you would ensure a better world for your loved ones and future generations.

Make a Pledge
Gifts left in wills are really important to Rainforest Concern. However even if you haven't made a will, making a pledge to do so in the future would really help us to find out about your future intentions.
Pledges are not legally binding so by filling out this form you are not committing yourself! You are simply allowing Rainforest Concern to confidently estimate future support for their cause.
Leave a Legacy
If you have already made a will but you want to leave a legacy to a charity you can make an addition or change it without re-writing your current will. This addition is called a codicil.
To leave a legacy to Rainforest Concern please download the codicil form below and take it along to your solicitor.
Please note however that this form is not legally binding on its own and has to be part of your main will. We advise you to seek the advice of a solicitor.
If you have any questions about leaving a legacy to us, please contact Rainforest Concern directly – they will be happy to discuss this with you.
