Please join us for Kids for Kids Annual Ambassadors' Ball on Saturday 19th May. The ball has become one of the most sought-after events of London’s social calendar, attended by London’s diplomatic community, including Ambassadors from across the world. This year there is a Royal theme to commemorate the Royal wedding on the same day.

Since its inauguration, inspired by Patrick Doyle, Managing Director of International Diplomatic Supplies, the Ball has sold out each year. The evening will begin with a Champagne Reception in The Library of the Hyatt Churchill Hotel, one of the most prestigious hotels in London. The Reception is once again generously sponsored by Moët & Chandon. The Chefs of The Churchill have designed a Gourmet Three Course Dinner which concludes with coffee and handmade chocolates. Fine wines, selected and donated by IDS will be served throughout. Christie’s Director, Nicolas Martineau, will be the auctioneer for our Charity Auction and Gala Raffle which include superb prizes. Dancing will commence with the Ambassadors’ Ball Strictly Come Dancing Invitation Demonstration Performance by H.E. Catriona Laing, High Commissioner for Zimbabwe with Solomon Guramatunhu, and will continue until late to the music of Funktonite

All funds raised at our Ambassadors’ Ball will help feed children in a remote village in Darfur in one of the most difficult years they have faced for a long while. “Sadly we have started 2018 with the appalling news that Darfur has been officially recognised as in ‘crisis’ by Famine Disaster Relief,” said Patricia Parker, MBE Founder of Kids for Kids. “The harvest has failed in many areas for the second year running and combined with soaring inflation and the drastic devaluation of the Sudanese Pound, it means that every single village is asking for help.”

Dress: Black Tie and Ball Gowns
