We are proud to have the opportunity to continue working with the fantastic team at iNVNCBL.   Known as Wales’ toughest obstacle race, you will not be disappointed. Whether your new to OCR races, or a regular runner, or a team of friends or colleagues looking to take on something a  little different with lots of race options available Rookies, 5K,  10K & 15K there’s something for everyone.

So the first challenge of the 2019 TRIAD will be at a brand new venue the stunning Fonmon Castle, set in the beautiful rural landscape of the Vale of Glamorgan. This venue has everything…challenging trails, rolling fields, ridiculous amounts of the muddy stuff plus over 30 of their signature iNVNCBL obstacles.  2019 will also see the release of OVER 10 NEW OBSTACLES!

Not only this new to 2019, the team are also introducing the 15K Challenge! This NEW distance will push even the most experienced competitors. Will you be one of the first to rise to the challenge?  The  10K & 5K distances will also be available plus the children’s ‘Rookie’ races.

If you fancy setting yourself an even bigger challenge for 2019, why not sign up for the TRIAD?  All 3 iNVNCBL challenges of 2019 make up the TRIAD. Each challenge is a stand alone event and you can enter as many as you like but those who enter and complete all 3 will be awarded the TRIAD ‘seal’ (that’s some serious bling!) and their name admitted to the roll of iNVNCBL Legends.

The children can join in the fun too with the iNVNCBL Rookies races available for ages 4-13 with the option of 1/2/3KM distances.
