Leave a gift in your Will
Remembering Hospice UK in your Will will help us ensure the highest quality of care to people with terminal or life limiting conditions.
Leaving a gift in your Will is one of the ways you can support Hospice UK, even if you are unable to donate at this time. Your gift, however large or small, will help us to make sure high quality hospice care is there for everyone who needs it.
As the national charity for hospice care, we champion and support the work of more than 200 hospices across the UK, which provide hospice care to around 218,000 people every year. This support helps them to deliver the highest quality of care, and your gift will make a difference by helping us to ensure they can continue to deliver their vital services in future.
How a gift in your Will helps
Gifts in Wills make a real difference to funding our support of the work of hospices. By leaving a gift to Hospice UK, you will enable us to continue with our work in supporting hospice and palliative care for generations to come.

Make a Pledge
Gifts left in wills are really important to Hospice UK. However even if you haven't made a will, making a pledge to do so in the future would really help us to find out about your future intentions.
Pledges are not legally binding so by filling out this form you are not committing yourself! You are simply allowing Hospice UK to confidently estimate future support for their cause.
Leave a Legacy
If you have already made a will but you want to leave a legacy to a charity you can make an addition or change it without re-writing your current will. This addition is called a codicil.
To leave a legacy to Hospice UK please download the codicil form below and take it along to your solicitor.
Please note however that this form is not legally binding on its own and has to be part of your main will. We advise you to seek the advice of a solicitor.
If you have any questions about leaving a legacy to us, please contact Hospice UK directly – they will be happy to discuss this with you.
