Leave a gift in your Will
Remembering Hospice UK in your Will will help us ensure the highest quality of care to people with terminal or life limiting conditions.
Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice care. We champion and support the work of more than 200 member organisations, which provide hospice care across the UK, so that they can deliver the highest quality of care to people with terminal or life limiting conditions, and support their families.
Hospice care is provided free to patients, and with limited government funding, hospices across the country depend on the support of their local communities to help them continue their services.
How legacies help
Legacies make a real difference to funding our support of the work of hospices. By leaving a legacy to Hospcie UK, you will allow us to continue with our work in supporting hospice care for generations to come.
How to leave a legacy
If you are thinking about leaving a gift to Hospice UK or would like to know more about our work, please contact Claire Young on the following details: email@example.com or 020 7520 8213.
We strongly advise that you take professional legal advice - particularly regarding the formalities of signing and witnessing your Will - and use a suitably qualified professional to draft the Will for you.

Make a Pledge
Gifts left in wills are really important to Hospice UK. However even if you haven't made a will, making a pledge to do so in the future would really help us to find out about your future intentions.
Pledges are not legally binding so by filling out this form you are not committing yourself! You are simply allowing Hospice UK to confidently estimate future support for their cause.
Leave a Legacy
If you have already made a will but you want to leave a legacy to a charity you can make an addition or change it without re-writing your current will. This addition is called a codicil.
To leave a legacy to Hospice UK please download the codicil form below and take it along to your solicitor.
Please note however that this form is not legally binding on its own and has to be part of your main will. We advise you to seek the advice of a solicitor.
If you have any questions about leaving a legacy to us, please contact Hospice UK directly – they will be happy to discuss this with you.
