Date Posted: 10 Nov 2013

Congratulations to Sheetal Sharma, a PhD student at the University of Bournemouth who is researching Green Tara Trust's maternal health projects!

Sheetal attended the GLOW Maternal Health Conference in Birmingham and won a prize for her poster presentation on:
Getting women to care in Nepal: A Difference in Difference analysis of a health promotion intervention.

Sheetal has also just won a travel grant from the European Congress on Tropical Medicine & International Health - she presented at their conference in Copenhagen in September.

Well done Sheetal and thank you for helping to raise awareness of Green Tara Trust and the need for maternal health care in Nepal.
