Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland
Hi, my name is Chloe and i am currently 16 years old. Although i am still in education, i have aspirations of helping those around the world in need of help. At the moment i volunteer at Kirkley Hall Zoological Gardens and help out as a Volunteer Keeper however i feel that if i put my mind to it i can achieve bigger things. That is why i would like to help as many charities as i can by doing my part for my community and the world.
Furthermore, on my 15th birthday, i went to the streets in Newcastle Upon Tyne and gave food to about 10 homeless people as i feel sorry for those who never get the chance to celebrate their special day. When i was younger i also took part in charity runs with my family.
When i was 18 months i was adopted into a loving family with my baby brother. When my "mum and dad" told me it made me realise that there are other children all over the world that need help, just like me and my brother. Without knowing my parents have inspired me to help people get back on their feet and to love life again. Currently I am writing for Emily Inspires which is about the Suffragette Emily Wilding Davidson who took her life in 1913 for women. This is an act of kindness for us women that we can't repay but helping others is a way of saying thank you and it ultimately shows how our lives have changed since.
I am a kind person who wants to give but not take anything in return.
