I am looking for experience working in administration in London. I believe I have the personal qualities and experience necessary to be a good administrator. I'm highly organised and hard working and I would enjoy working in a varied role. I have customer service experience, both in person and over the phone. My most recent job was as a call advisor for the NHS 111 service where I gave medical advice to callers. I am highly IT literate, with experience using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel in previous jobs. I would value the opportunity to further develop my administrative skills whilst gaining experience of working for a charity.
