Hello,
I am Agne from Lithuania, I have a big interest in mental health as I suffer from depression and several different anxiety disorders. My desire is to help other people with similar mental health difficulties and I think that I have a great understanding about these issues. Also, I have just completed my Master`s degree in Applied Positive Psychology. I would like to use my knowlege as well as my interpersonal skills to help other people as much as possible.
