A 100km moonlit ride in Paris! Starting from the Eiffel Tower, the route will include all the highlights of Paris, from the beautiful Palace of Versailles and up to the Sacre Coeur, including cycling along the Champs-Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe, this is a very special challenge. on average it takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete the route.


The itinerary is entirely on roads for ease of access and quality of lighting. It will be clearly sign-posted so you can cycle at your own pace. Full support and back up will be provided by event organisers Classic Tours. Details of the route for GPS devices will be available to download closer to the event.


You must be at least 18 years old to take part in Nightrider Paris due to insurance reasons. You should be confident cycling in traffic. This event is aimed at people of average fitness who are prepared to train beforehand/ It's your responsibility to be fit enough to participate in Nightrider and to get a doctor's approval if you have any health concerns about safely completing the 100km cycle ride at night. Classic Tours will provide a set of training guidelines after you register.


How much does it cost to take part?
There are 2 ways to take part in Nightrider Paris:

Option 1: Pay a £49 registration fee (non-refundable) and pledge to raise £250 for the Trust.
Option 2: Pay £149 full event cost (non-refundable) then raise as much sponsorship money for the Trust.

What's included?

  • Fully signposted route
  • GPS file of the route (provided nearer the event)
  • Break stops every 20km, snacks, water and breakfast
  • Hi-viz vest, cycle number, medal
  • Bicycle mechanics, first aid support, security staff, central control number to deal with any problems and sweep vehicle at the back

What's not included?

  • Travel to and from Paris, hotel accommodation
  • Travel insurance
  • Bike and bike insurance
  • Cycle helmet
  • Any cycle parts the mechanics might need to use on your bike
  • Energy drinks and fresh fruit snacks
