ArcelorMittal Orbit Abseil in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Trust
Are you brave enough to be one of the first people to free-abseil 114 metres from the top of the UK's tallest sculpture, in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park?
- Location: London
- Date: Sunday, April 12, 2015
This distinctive looping red steel tower synonymous with the 2012 Olympics, ArcelorMittal Orbit stands114 metres high. If it were a vertical tower (with all the loops flattened out), it would be 560 meters high, which is taller than the Eiffel Tower!
As you descend, you will have a panoramic view of London stretching 20 miles - see the Shard, the Gherkin and Big Ben from a whole new prospective.
Join Team CF and take on this amazing challenge to help us make a difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis.
