FireWalk for CancerCare
Oct 26 2012
Do you dare to walk in the line of fire? CancerCare is putting on a night of flames and fiestas and they want you to come and join them. The 26th October 2012 will be the date that hosts the shortest sponsored walk ever – a bare foot walk across 20ft of burning coals at Vale of Lune Rugby Club, Lancaster.
The night has been organised by CancerCare in conjunction with Blaze the national experts in FireWalking. The experience is guaranteed to leave walkers feeling completely exhilarated and break down any fear barriers standing in their way. The night is completely led by experts, the walkers begin by entering a ‘training’ session before coming out ready to take the challenge of this daring quest.
The fire walking will begin at 9pm and will be followed by a BBQ and party night for all the walkers, supporters and spectators. It should be a spectacular night to remember for all involved.
The event is being put on to raise funds for CancerCare, your local cancer support service. If you want to challenge yourself and inspire your friends by joining in our FireWalk please contact the CancerCare events team on 01524 381820 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or simply download the Registration Form and return it with your deposit... Remember – It’s now or never!
