Glasgow to Edinburgh Trek 2017
Are you tough enough to take on one of Scotland’s hardest walks and help fight against heart disease
Jul 22 2017
Jul 23 2017
Walk day and night and experience stunning views, dark pathways, moonlit canals and shadowy tunnels in this unforgettable adventure.
You'll pass numerous landmarks and sites along the route, including Kelvingrove Museum and Park, locks on the Forth and Clyde canal, the Falkirk Wheel, Linlithgow Palace before arriving in Scotland's capital.
Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event, but it's the money you raise that powers our life saving research, so we ask our heart trekkers to set themselves a target of at least £250 for the day and night treks and £400 for the full trek.
The Glasgow to Edinburgh Trek is the only one run by a charity, for a charity, so all your fundraising goes directly to the British Heart Foundation.
The event is open to anyone above the age of 16 – U18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times and complete the following Entry Form
Because of the testing nature of the trek we would recommend that you train for this challenge and take part with a friend or as part of a team.
