Returning for a second year in 2013 the Loch Ness Duathlon offers two route options and plenty of challenges.

Option 1

• 7.5k trail run
• 56k of road cycling
• 5k run on tarmac to finish line

Option 2

• 7.5k trail run
• 60km mountain bike riding to finish line

Due to the challenging nature of this event participants must be over 18 years old to take part on your own. If you are 16-17 years old you can take part if accompanied by a responsible adult.
