Welfare line gets new opening hours 29 January

Our Welfare Advice and Support Service will be getting new and extended opening hours from the end of January.
The service, which offers free confidential advice on welfare benefits over the phone for people affected by M.E., will be open four days a week from 29 January.
The opening hours will be as follows:
Tuesdays: 9.00am – 16.00pm
Phone line open from 10.00am – 12.30pm and 13.30pm – 16.00pm
Wednesday: 8.30am – 15.00pm
Phone line open from 10.00am – 12.00pm and 13.00pm – 15.00pm
Thursday: 8.30am – 15.00pm
Phone line open from 10.00am – 12.00pm and 13.00pm – 16.00pm
Friday: 9.00am – 16.00pm
Phone line open from 10.00am – 12.30pm for appointments only and then 13.30pm – 16.00pm
Appointment slots for Fridays can be booked in advance by contacting our Information and Support Officers on 0117 927 9551.
