Whether you are seasoned in practising meditation or have never meditated before, we're asking you to Meditate for Tibet on Sunday July 3rd 2016!
Take part on the 3rd July at 3pm to connect with lots of other people who will also be meditating, or at a time more convenient for you.
Meditation has proven health benefits and can make you feel calmer, healthier and happier. Our free guided 30 minute meditation CD by mindfulness teacher Jill Cox means it couldn't be simpler to take part - either on your own or as a group.
The event will raise vital funds for our work with Tibetans in India, Nepal and Tibet - providing essential healthcare and education and helping Tibetans to build a brighter future.
