We have three fantastic routes and a challenge to suit you on our South Downs Trail Challenge.
Walk or run our 8.5 mile route which is ideal for families or for the more experienced regular runner looking for an off-road taster.
Or you could try something more challenging with our 15 miler, which includes more demanding and undulating terrain.
And for those who really want to push themselves try our 20 mile route which is perfect for hardcore runners and those looking for a demanding walk.
