Royal Star & Garter provides award-winning care for veterans and their partners who live with disability or dementia, in state-of-the-art Homes.
We were founded in 1916 to care for the severely injured young men returning from the battlegrounds of the First World War.
We provide loving, compassionate care to veterans and their partners living with disability or dementia. Our Homes in Solihull, Surbiton and High Wycombe offer outstanding residential and day care. We help those who have had the courage to serve our country to live happy, fulfilled lives.
