Ironman Wales is the ultimate endurance challenge, covering 140.6 miles − including a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run. Held in Tenby in Pembrokeshire, this amazing event is known for the breath-taking landscape of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, featuring miles of sandy beaches and a spectacular coastline.

Entry fee is £150 and we ask all participants to pledge to raise £1000.
