Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge
Helping to find a cure for prostate cancer
Jun 13 2015
Over the past seven years the Snowdon500 and Welsh 3 Peaks Challenges have raised a staggering £1 million to help improve the survival rates and quality of life for men living with prostate cancer. Every year 40,000 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and 10,000 will die from this disease. Why not do something special in 2015 and join us for the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge.
The Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge starts on the Saturday when you will climb Pen Y Fan (Brecon Beacons) and Cadair Idris (Mid Wales) and then Mount Snowdon on the following day.
This is a demanding challenge (combining 5728m (18794ft) of ascent / descent plus 35k), however this is a unique opportunity to climb three of the most iconic mountains in Wales.
Registration for the event is £45 so please sign up today and help to raise funds to improve the lives and survival for men with advanced prostate cancer.
