The Gherkin Challenge… Is back….
and now in 2013 there are two days to choose from. Challenge yourself as hundreds of Gherkineers did earlier this year to make it to the top of one of London's most iconic buildings.
Race, run or walk your way to the Gherkin summit. Set your own speed, beat your record time from last time or challenge your friends and work colleagues to set the fastest times. Or bring the family for a fun filled day of Basecamp activities.
Once at the top you will be rewarded with a sense of achievement and a well-deserved glass of bubbly. Take in the panoramic views as your legs recover and while you rest, know that every floor you climbed, every burning muscle, every drop of sweat, has helped the NSPCC’s vision to end crulty to children in the UK.
Saturday 22nd June – A family fun filled morning, with a family friendly climb to the top and the chance to explore the exciting activities at The Gherkin’s very own Base camp.
Sunday 23rd June – For the focused climbers, straight to the summit, no distractions.
