Once you have registered for online donations via Charity Choice in association with The Co-operative Bank you will be able to benefit from our FREE online donation monitoring service. Once your ''Donate Now'' button is activated a username and password will be sent via email enabling you to access your own secure records to view donations made to your charity. Within the monitoring system you will be able to keep track of all donations made to your charity. There are a various search criteria available to you which will help you keep track and form analysis of any donations made. You may search by amount, date range or location. It also enables you to find an individual cardholder or a status of a transaction. Please note if a donor chooses to be anonymous you will not be able to view their details.
