We have been invited to proceed to Stage 3 of the Big Lottery grant application.

This is very good news and a great credit to the team that has worked and is working with such dedication and energy to achieve our objective. After what has been a very long slog for some who have been labouring away many years, it feels as though we are really getting close to having a new hall and to being able to provide the community with the facilities and activities which we believe will help it to flourish.

The Project Team wins £38,000 of funding for development of the ‘Hall for All’ scheme.
The money will help with the professional fees and other demands of the project development towards the Stage 3 submission.  The last hurdle towards the £500,000 grant bid is progressing rapidly. The Stage 3 application is due into Big Lottery in December 2016 but the aim is to have it ready for September.  A public meeting to show off the new project is planned for October 2016.
