Facilitated by Kelly Drake, each department at Lionheart came away from the sessions with clearer visions and plans that will help to shape Lionheart in the coming year.

"It was a great opportunity for us as a new team to get to know each other and to understand how our role fits in with the wider staff team," said Karen Higgins, partnership and development manager.
