Capital to Coast Bike Ride
Jun 30 2013
Join the fun on the Capital to Coast London to Brighton bike ride on 30th June 2013 and help to raise vital funds. By completing the ride you will help KidsOut expand our five national services which benefit more than 35,000 children every year.
Depending on your ability there is a choice of four starting points to choose from:
- 75 miles: Central London (EDF Energy London Eye) to Brighton
60 miles: Hampton Court, Surrey to Brighton
60 miles: Brighton to Brighton (circular route)
30 miles: Haywards Heath, Sussex to Brighton.
If 75 miles from London to Brighton is a bit too far for you, it doesn't matter - the bike ride facilitates everyone's needs. You also have the choice to cycle 60 miles on a round route from Brighton or 30 miles from West Sussex. No matter what you decide, we can promise that you will have a great time whilst also helping disabled and disadvantaged children.
Entries to the race are limited to avoid congestion on race day and are on a first come first served basis. Be quick and register your interest below to guarantee a place. The planned cycle route also encompasses the very same roads as the London 2012 Olympians used in the road cycling event.
This cycle challenge is available to everyone who wants to have a great day out, there is no pressure to finish the race in a certain time, there are free refreshments and mechanical assistance along the way and the route has been specially designed to ensure everyone has an enjoyable day.
