Jerry Green Dog Rescue

Founded in 1961, the Trust now administers five animal sanctuaries in North Yorkshire and the East Riding, Nottinghamshire, South Lincolnshire, and the largest one in North Lincolnshire. Dogs are rescued, cared for, then suitable homes are sought, each home being checked by our welfare visitors. No dog is sold and therefore remains the responsibility of the Trust for its natural life. No euthanasia is practised unless deemed necessary on account of ill health or an impossible temperament. All female dogs are neutered and all are fully inoculated. A pet can be willed to the Trust and, on the death of the owner, can either live out its life at the Sanctuary or be placed in a well chosen home.
