Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100
Cycle this iconic route on closed roads within the 9 hour time limit.
Aug 10 2014
10 August 2014
Starting at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park the route turns west along the north bank of the Thames with views of the Shard and London Eye across the river. Crossing at Chiswick and speeding through Richmond Park, you will begin to snake through the Surrey countryside and take on the climbs at Newlands Corner, Leith Hill and Box Hill. With the majority of the ascent behind you, the last few miles take you back over the river at Putney and towards a grand finish on The Mall with Buckingham Palace ahead.
How to apply:
Help the Hospices is taking applications for our charity places. Please fill out an application form today. We ask successful aplicants to pay a registration fee to help cover costs and commit to raising a minimum fundraising amount to support hospice care across the UK.
- Registration fee: £45
- Minimum fundraising target: £750
You can also get a place from the ride organisers directly through their ballot.
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 ballot will open on Sunday 11 August 2013 at midnight.
We recommend that you apply for the ballot to double your chances of getting a place. If you secure your own place in the race you can still be part of our team – you will receive the same support as our charity place riders but without a minimum sponsorship to raise.
