HOPE INTO ACTION HOMELESS CONFERENCE 2015

Churches together, working with the homeless.

“What’s it like to……?”

 

We would like to invite you to join us for our first annual conference. 
For a day of informative talks, interactive seminars & inspirational & moving testimonies.
We will be looking at many aspect of churches housing the homeless.
 
We will be using the theme, “What’s it like to……”
 

What’s it like to....

be a drug addict? (Hear from a former addict who has now turned his life around).

 be in prison? (Hear from a former prisoner)
 
be a vulnerable lady? (Hear from a former vulnerable lady)
 
be an investor?
  be a mentor?
 be a church leader?

 

The key note speaker: Wendi Ogle-Welbourn –Director of Communities of Peterborough City Council.
Seminars will be give by:
Yvonne Emery – Award winning property coach. Top tips on refurbishing houses)
David Morton – Expert mentor
Linda Huskisson: Author of "Cheating Death".
Linda will be talking about her former life as a vulnerable adult and how she turned her life around.
David Whitlock: First Church Leader of a Hope into Action church. What impact has it had on his church?
Rob Mcque:  will talk about how 'he gave 20 years of his life to drugs…’ and how Hope into Action changed all that

 
To be held at: Bretton Baptist Church, Copeland, Peterborough, PE3 6YJ
Date: 13 March 2015 from 9.30am to 15.30.
Pricing: £30 or £20 if you attend a partner church
 
Light refreshments will be served throughout the day as well as a buffet lunch.
