My Profile

To celebrate National Walking Month in May, 12 intrepid adventurers from the Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) Group will be taking on Yorkshire’s finest and biggest peaks in just 12 hours!

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge will take place on Saturday 18 May 2013, is 24.5 miles (39.2km) long and takes in the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres – 2,276 feet), Whernside (736 metres – 2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (723 metres – 2,372 feet), all in one circular route.

To support EU Skills’ Year of Fundraising, M.a.D 2013, the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge team will be raising money in aid of the Cure & Action for Tay Sachs (CATS) Foundation. So please dig deep by sponsor the team!
