These natural sheep casings are used for making sausages. If the casing is good the sausage comes out is very good also. We make relatively small diameter casings for the sausages. The sheep casings we process are the best for sausages like bock wurst, frank furthers and port sausage. The sheep casing is strong enough to hold the filling and to sustain the cooking and smoking operations.
