- The Bupa London 10k starts and finishes at St James' Park and the assembly point is at Green Park
- Runners pass many of London's famous sights, including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, London Eye, Millennium Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, and Nelson's Column. Admiralty Arch and Buckingham Palace act as a backdrop to the start and finish.
- There is a fee of £23 for affiliated club members and £25 for non-affiliated club members.
